Shipping policy
Processing & Dispatch The Robust Co maintains stock of selected products for immediate dispatch. In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Some products are made to order. Where this applies, please allow 2–4 weeks from order confirmation for manufacture and dispatch. Made-to-order items will be clearly indicated on the product page. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. For large or multi-item orders, we may contact you to confirm freight arrangements before dispatch.
Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are:
- Metro areas: 3–7 business days
- Regional areas: 7–14 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or remote locations.
Freight Delivery Due to the size and weight of our products, orders are delivered via freight courier. A signature may be required on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the nominated address.
Delivery Address We currently ship within Australia only. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched.
Damaged Goods If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mail@therobustco.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
